Oyster Brough is a newly established Oyster service, delivering fresh quality oysters to your event or home. It was founded by Stewart who has an extensive passion and knowledge of Oysters. Stewart is a long standing Brighton tattoo artist and has finally followed his other dream of cookery and seafood. 

We have a beautiful horsebox, designed by Stewart's flare of visual art, and two handmade shucking stations. So we can cater for both indoor and outdoor events of any occasion and size. We also have walkaround servers for larger events.

Stewart has created four "specials" which are available in all our event packages. Each special has been well thought-out and then finely tuned to give our Oysters the best compliments and our customers the most enjoyable and fun Oyster experience. Or enjoy with a selection of our condiments for you to adjust to your own taste.
